I got a lease purchase truck on September 12th of this year. On the 27th of September I was driveing out to Lebanon Junction KY when one of the air canisters on the truck went out. while I was pulling off to the side of the road a tire blew out. When I stopped the truck the tire had caught fire. I kept the fire from doing a lot of damage to the truck or the trailer and it did not harm the cargo. The truck company ended my lease over a speaker phone instead of in writing like their contract states. They put loss of equipment on my dac report and I can not get a job now. I know that the truck was not a total loss. Can you give me some advice?
