Can my employer force me into Driving when being overweight ?

My employer sends me on a delivery of heavy equipment KNOWING I'm 2000 pounds overweight, can he do this? and do I recieve the ticket on MY driving record for this? I'm afraid I will be terminated if I don't cooperate, yet, I'm also afraid of ruining my driving record for life if I do it! HELP !!!
