I haul for a broker who hauls for a rock quary.When i first started i was getting the lowest hauls and it is still happening. Been there for a year. When I ask the dispatcher who dispatches the trucks she says, She can do what ever she wants. It was assumed that if you get in line first in the morning you get work. Then they shift people around to get the trucks who have been there longer on the better hauls and they will not pay us a fuel surcharge. they say they will increase the rate on all new hauls. That could be now or a year from now.
